Refund Policy

Workflows

Because workflows are digital files that can be copied once delivered, they are not refundable for change of mind. If a workflow is faulty or does not match its description, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will fix it or refund it in full.

Setup

• Cancel before work starts: full refund.
• Cancel after work starts: refund for the part of the work not yet done.
• If we cannot make the agent work as described in your accounts, we refund the setup fee.

Monthly care

Cancel at any time before your next billing date. The current month is not refunded.

Custom systems

Payment stages and refunds follow the written quote you approve before work begins.

How to ask for a refund

Email ai@aestheticofficeco.com with your order details. We reply within 2 business days and send approved refunds by the payment method you used, normally within 10 business days.
